Do any of you guys do a free dent at least once a month. I personally try to do at least one a month. I feel it helps my business. It’s good to give back. It also makes you look good with the sales Manager.

I throw in free time talking with sales managers about life and their families. It goes a lot further building relationships than a free dent for the dealership. If they need help on a specific car, they know to ask. I was a UCM before fixing dents.
